Praise for the Sloane Monroe Series:
"While I've found most mystery/thrillers to be rehashes of the same old plot line, this was refreshingly new/original." - Jack Murphy, New York Times bestselling author of Reflexive Fire
I can officially declare that I am now a Cheryl Bradshaw fan and look forward to reading the other books in the series over the summer. - Mel Comley, New York Times bestselling author of the Justice series
"Bradshaw writes a great thriller, with likeable characters, and a taunt timeline that keeps you reading way past lights-out." - Amazon Vine Voice Top 500 Reviewer
"Only once in a while do you come upon a novel that sweeps you literally off your feet. The pot-boiling tension in this story is out of this world. Cheryl Bradshaw can write like the pros did at the turn of the 20th century." - Glen Cantrell, Author of The Resume
Suspense from beginning to end. Well written with defined characters.55
Great mystery and storyline. Wonderful job.55
Kept me on the edge of my seat. Pulled an all nighter just to get to the end. Couldn’t put it down.55
I like the characters in this book, excetthe killer. He was an ugly and brutal person and not enjoyable for me to get to know.35
Plot was a little convoluted.35
Set in Australia, this female detective who seeks out murders by choice is looking for a disturbed doozy of a serial killer!55
I have finally finished the series and all I can say is “what I ride” Sloane is a strong woman who knows who she is even though she lost herself kinda but who doesn’t question themselves and their life at one point. That’s not a bad thing it helps to make changes sometimes good and sometimes it just validates our direction. Now Cade I can imagine a very sexy man with that cowboy hat I can see it in my mind his look. At least he never gave up on Sloane. Thought the series was well done and developed all the way to the end!!55
Quick read with good characters, especially the children. The conclusion felt rushed.25
